Wholesale Shipping Policy:
Wholesale orders will not receive any promotional discounts. Wholesale orders will automatically discount when you order in quantities of 2 from the wholesale collection. Processing time for wholesale orders will be 3-4 days after initial purchase. Business days are Monday- Thursday 9:00AM - 6:00PM (Any orders placed after 6:00PM Mountain Standard Time will be treated as a new order for the following business day). Friday, Saturday, Sunday and or holidays orders will not be packaged or shipped. Shipping time is based on the United State Postal Service which can take 3-8 days for delivery. Priority mail is the only shipping options available for wholesale orders currently. When requesting certain colors or customizing wholesale orders an additional 3 days will be added to the above processing time.
Standard Shipping Policy:
Due to the overwhelming support, Royalty’s One-Stop Shop has received, any orders that were placed to date will have a processing time of a week, not including the date of purchase. Thank you for your continued support; we are working as quickly as possible to get your orders out.
Please allow up to 8 days for your package to arrive based on USPS standard shipping. All orders are shipped out in order of being received. Shipping time is based on the volume of orders. Typically, within a week of ordering. Custom resin items will ship out within 72-96 hours based on the curing time needed for the resin. Orders placed on Fridays & Saturdays & Sundays or Holidays will not ship until the following business day. Business days are Monday- Thursday 9:00AM- 6:00PM Mountain Standard Time. If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay for your order to be re-shipped. Free shipping is only US based. If you place an order that is out of the country and use free shipping your order will be refunded and canceled.
Customization Policy:
If you have chosen a customized stun gun and did not leave the name in the note section. The stun gun will not be customized. No refunds will be given based on customer error and or spelling error.
Disclaimer Stun Guns will only ship within the United States + Puerto Rico. Stun-Gun can't be shipped to the following states: Rhode Island, The US Virgin Islands, Chicago, Illinois. Stun-Guns are illegal in certain states. Please make sure you are aware of all federal, state, Or Local Laws/ Policies regarding stun guns in your state before you purchase. There will be no refunds for this situation, so please do your research before purchasing. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a stun gun or 21 and older to purchase a stun gun in Hawaii.
